  • Pain relief for Designing, Building, Optimising and Publishing Websites

Posted on May 6th, 2009 Malcolm McCreery No comments

Have you noticed how website building can be a real pain ?
Maybe that’s a good thing after all we have all heard expressions like “No pain, no gain” and “Feel the pain”.

I have some good news for you. It doesn’t have to be that way.
There is another way I call it “the no pain yet plenty gain way to website publishing”.

There are all of sorts tools to build a website from Frontpage to Dreamweaver. My tool of choice is one of the best kept secrets in the market place.

It is the XSitePro website design software.

Here’s what XSitePro has done for me.

    1. I can now build good looking rather than incredibly ugly websites
    2. It is quick
    3. It is powerful
    4. It is a bargain

the list goes on and on. Here’s an example of the power of the tools you get, below is a screen shot of the SEO analysis page you get that offers advice on how to optimise your sites pages.

Needless to say my strong advice is check it out today.

It has lots of other useful things in its kit bag such as SEO optimisation tools
    and easy publishing.

Personally the challenge I have had in the past has always been one of balancing complexity with that of results.

Until about a year ago I had about 5 or 6 websites all built using XSitePro.
Here’s an example of such a site that peeks interest and generates subscribers for me by giving away a free DVD >> www.SendTheDVD.co.uk
I have found that websites become easier to build and easy to maintain.

    Then something interesting happened …
version 2 was released. Remarkably those clever guys at XSitePro managed to pack in more bang for the buck and they did this without confusing customers.
The support and online tutorial which was always good has now been elevated to exceptional.
Now I don’t have 5 or 6 sites. I have lost count as quite simply the power and speed of website production is astonishing.

Of course you maybe thinking that this is only good for building simple sites. With a little creativity you can build sites with dynamic content and even an integrated blog such as this one… >> Dynamic content and blog example site.

Recently I had a call from a client who asked, “Malcolm, can you build me a website that explains my mission and captures interest from clients but it has to look beautiful?”. It has to look beautiful, not a problem I thought I’ll use one of the many nice XSitePro templates.
A few mins later the reaction was “WOW how on earth did you do that ? Did you do that ?”
Of course we did have to tweek that site to match the requirements to the site. The good news is that took all of 2 minutes using XSitePro’s easy and quick Page layout configuration.

No longer is my skill, or rather lack of, in making webpages look presentable a limitation.
Now the only limitation is my imagination. Imagination which expands the more I use this tool.

It is rare to find a tool that delivers more than its promise and punches above its weight but XSitePro website design software is indeed that rare beast.

They say that seeing is believing.
My strong advice is click here and see for yourself the power of XSitePro web design software.

  • The Secret. So now what?

Posted on February 6th, 2009 Malcolm McCreery 1 comment

The internet movie “the secret” was a big viral hit.  One problem many people had with it can be summed up as

so now what, how do I make that work then ?

Good question and I have heard it many times from secret watchers.  Perhaps now there is a solution to that from many of the people involved in “the secret”

Any day now in early February one possible answer is about to be released.  It is called “the compass”.

It is not released yet so there’s not too much to say at this point.  What is clear is if you are interested in the likes of Harv T Eker, Brian Tracy et al then this may be worth a look.

Personally I’ll be getting a copy just for the fact that Dr Joe Vitale is involved.  All of the material I have of Joe’s is very practical and, for me at least, works.

You can see what it is about via this cute little graphic where you can see a trailer of the new movie.

  • Rich Dad speaks out on the financial system

Posted on December 1st, 2008 Malcolm McCreery No comments

Rich Dad (Robert Kiyosaki) the financial guru speaks out on the money mayhem happening in the financial system.  He lays out the secret history of the current financial mess and offers insights from credit crunch to bailout and beyond.  If you are a banker you’ll probably not want to know what he says.  You should but perhaps you’ll be trying on your best ostrich impression. However if you’re wondering what Obama may do.  Or how you could make a fortune then read on…

Running the risk of being tagged as a consipracy theorist ?

Maybe, Maybe not.  Perhaps he is simply brave enough to talk about subjects that many will not dare to talk of.  If you do even the most basic research you’ll soon see his amazing relevations are far from being mere hypothetical speculation.  The truth is out there.  The question is..   Is he saying it like it is ?  If so then what stage is truth in ?

“All truth passes through three stages. First, it is ridiculed. Second, it is violently opposed. Third, it is accepted as being self-evident.”
    —Arthur Schopenhauer (German philosopher, 1788-1860)

What does Rich Dad dare to say ?

He answers the BIG question… “How did we get into the current financial mess?”

He reviews the events of 1910, 1913, 1944, 1971 the facts and the plan that led us into this current financial mess.  And critically, why this mess is by no means an accident.

Who is in control of this whole mess ?  There are clues if you care to look.

    Clue 1 :

“Permit me to issue and control the money of the nation and I care not who makes its laws.” Mayer Amsched Rothchild, a prominent European banker in the eighteenth century

An outdated irrelevant quote ? Or as true today as it has been for decades ?

    Crystal Ball

Robert gets out his crystal ball and reveals what he believes the future holds.  OK, he doesn’t have a crystal ball.  However he does have a reputation for being insightful.
Clue 2 :  Read between the lines and see into ‘the January surprise’ scheduled for the 21st or 22nd of January 2009 (according to the Obama camp).
Q : But is Obama merely the messenger ?

What, if anything, can we do ?

Of course as a guru Rich Dad offers a few different options for you to consider.  Plus a one line tip that could well be worth a fortune.
Clue 3 :  Spandau Ballet, “you’re indestructable, always believe in”

Robert Kiyosaki The Financial Crisis Article

    Robert Kiyosaki, The Financial Crisis

    Who is Robert Kiyosaki ?

Robert Kiyosaki is known for his best selling books such as Rich Dad, Poor Dad (Rich Dad) and Part II - Cash Flow Quadrant (Guide to Financial Freedom) and is widely regarded by many as being a financial guru well worth listening to.  Some say all he knows about is making money on real estate, but that’s far from the truth - he knows and can teach far more than that.

    The man behind the curtain

Just over a year ago I attended an event where Keith Cunningham (The Real Rich Dad and the source that Robert Kiyosaki modelled his material on) predicted the same simple course of action.
If you ever get to see Keith Cunningham talk then seize the opportunity.
